Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Better Love ABA LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor progress through data analysis and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• FL Medicaid Provider as required. ("If needed we will process your application")
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
