The Pieces Fit Interventions, LLC. is a behavioral therapy clinic that caters to the ASD population located in Hunter's Creek, a community in southern Orlando. We have established a trusted foothold for ourselves here in our community for over 10 years as we service our clients with integrity and personalized service to meet their growing needs. This is an exciting time for our company as we are expanding and have a waiting list of clients that are looking to come on.

Due to recent staffing changes here we find ourselves in need of a new BCBA team member. Our services are comprised of mainly in clinic therapy so less driving and travel to get to client homes who may or may not be home!

Since we are not a large company you would be working in a close family environment that understands life happens.

BCBA ( Board Certified Behavior Analyst) position:

Job description:

  • Provide supervision and training to our RBT/Behavior therapists.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
  • Oversee programming in various settings (home, school and center)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
  • Provides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary
  • Discusses the client’s progress with parents and any issues occurring in the home as they are related to the program objectives
  • Participate in Team / Parent meetings and parent trainings
  • Attend coordination of care meetings with various other providers (Schools, SLPs, OTs)
  • Completes therapist evaluation weekly
  • Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience of ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass AHCA Background Check
  • Medicaid number preferred but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
