Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Join our growing ABA program providing behavior services to youth in the foster care system that reside in a residential setting. This position is responsible for overseeing the behavioral services provided to the youth in our different cottages. We serve children varying in ages from 6-17, including those youth with a variety of special needs and developmental disabilities. We are looking for people who love children and are interested in working in a trauma informed environment to present the best care and enrichment for these kids.

This position involves supervising RBTs, writing behavior plans, overseeing cottage incentive systems, conducting behavioral assessments, implementing interventions with youth, and conducting caregiver staff training. It Involves a broad range of training and development activities, assessment services, case consultation, and requires quality documentation of services provided; all while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
